Everything you want to know before you reach out.
What is Founders Roundtable?
Founders Roundtable is a private, curated peer community for business owners in Oklahoma City. It is a place where founders can have honest conversations with people who truly understand what they are building and what it costs.
This is not a networking group. It is not a coaching program. It is a high-trust community of peers who show up for each other in real ways.
Who is this for?
FRT is built for business owners with 5 to 30 employees who are past survival mode and actively building. People who are succeeding on paper but making big decisions completely alone. People who have tried other groups and left feeling like something was missing.
The common thread is not industry or revenue. It is mindset. Growth-oriented, honest, self-aware, and willing to give as much as they receive.
How is this different from a networking group?
It is completely different. Networking groups are built around exchanging contacts and generating referrals. That is not what this is.
FRT is built around depth, not breadth. The goal is not to meet as many people as possible. The goal is to have the people in your corner who will give you honest input when it matters. Members who join looking primarily for referrals are not a fit.
How is this different from coaching?
In a coaching relationship, there is an expert and a student. Founders Roundtable is peer-to-peer. Every member is a peer. The value comes from people who are in it right alongside you.
There is no expert at the front of the room. There is a group of business owners who have faced the same kinds of decisions and are willing to be honest about what they learned.
How many members are in the community?
We are currently hand-selecting the founding cohort. We are keeping this group intentionally small, targeting around 20 members. This is by design. Trust and depth require intimacy. We will grow deliberately and only when the foundation is solid.
How are members selected?
Every application is reviewed personally by Ryan or Lacey. We are not selecting based on revenue or title. We are selecting based on mindset, character, and fit with the community.
We look for people who want to give as much as they receive, who are willing to be honest in a group setting, and who are genuinely building something. If your application looks like a strong fit, we will reach out to set up a short conversation.
What does a typical month look like?
It varies by tier, but here is a sense of what ongoing membership looks like.
Throughout the month, the private app is active. Members post questions, share decisions they are wrestling with, celebrate wins, and give honest input to each other. It is not performative. It is real.
Once a month there is a live online masterclass on a topic relevant to founders. Practical, peer-informed, and not available to the public.
Council members also participate in quarterly in-person roundtables and local events in OKC.
What is the difference between Founders Connect and Founders Council?
Founders Connect ($125/month) is the digital tier. You get full access to the private member app, monthly masterclasses, member spotlights, and all community spaces. It is fully online.
Founders Council ($250/month) includes everything in Connect plus the in-person experience: quarterly roundtables in OKC, local events, and a curated local circle within the broader community. If you are in Oklahoma City and want the full in-person layer, Council is the right fit.
Is the private app like a Facebook group?
No. The private member platform is purpose-built for community. No algorithm, no ads, no distractions. It is a private space where members can have real conversations without worrying about who might see it.
It is accessible on desktop and mobile so it lives wherever you do.
What kinds of things do members talk about?
Everything a founder thinks about but often cannot say out loud. Hiring and firing decisions. Pricing questions. Partnership dynamics. The mental weight of leadership. Cash flow conversations. What to do when your best employee wants to leave.
The conversations that usually only happen at 10pm after a difficult week. Those conversations.
Do members do business with each other?
Sometimes, organically. But that is never the purpose and it is not something we engineer. Members who come in looking primarily to generate business are not a good fit for FRT.
The value here is trust and honest peer support. Business relationships sometimes grow naturally out of that. But they are a byproduct, not the point.
How do I apply?
Fill out the short application on our Request an Invitation page. We ask about you, your business, and what made you reach out. It takes about five minutes.
We review every application personally. If it looks like a strong fit, Ryan or Lacey will reach out within a few days to set up a short conversation.
How much does it cost?
Founders Connect is $125 per month. Founders Council is $250 per month. Both are billed monthly with no long-term contract required.
We are transparent about pricing because we believe the right fit should know exactly what they are considering before they ever have a conversation.
Is there a long-term commitment?
There is no long-term contract. Membership is month-to-month. We would love for members to stay and grow with the community. But we do not lock anyone in.
That said, community takes time. You get the most out of FRT by showing up consistently. Members who participate get more back.
What if I am not sure I am a good fit?
The best thing to do is apply and let us figure it out together. The application is short and there is no pressure. If we do not think it is a strong fit on our side, we will be honest about that. And if you get to the conversation and decide it is not right for you, that is completely fine too.
We would rather have an honest conversation than have the wrong person in the room.
When does the founding member group close?
We are keeping the founding cohort intentionally small, around 20 members. Once that group is formed, we will close to a waitlist. If you have been thinking about it, this is the right window to reach out.
